With professional experience that spans 30 years, it is this role as a therapist that blends all of my experiences together to serve the needs of my clients.

If you are experiencing stress, relationship issues, a challenging life transition, grief, overwhelm, unresolved anger, loneliness, addiction, relationship or caregiving issues, I can help. Or perhaps you struggle with prioritizing your needs and prioritizing yourself, or finding your right place in the world and in relationships.

Therapy can be life-changing, and I am deeply honored to serve in this profession.

My approach:
*I combine psychodynamic principles combined with behavioral therapy (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) with mindfulness strategies and, most importantly, tailor treatment to meet your individual needs.

*I strive to create a safe, warm and supportive environment as we partner together to understand behaviors and underlying patterns.
