With professional experience that spans 40 years, it is this role as therapist that blends my life experience and extensive therapy training together to serve the needs of my clients.
If you are experiencing stress, overwhelm, relational issues, caregiving stress, a challenging life transition, grief, unresolved anger and resentment, loneliness, addiction of any kind, I can help.
Or perhaps you simply struggle with prioritizing your needs and yourself, finding your center, your place in the world and in relationships.
Therapy can be life-changing, and I am deeply honored to serve in this profession.
My approach:
*I combine psychodynamic principles with behavioral therapy. We look back, but don’t stare. Most importantly, I tailor my services to meet the needs of my clients.
*I strive to create a safe and supportive environment as we partner together to understand behaviors and underlying resistance to thriving.
